Shipping & Returns Policy

At Trypawsora, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • With any tags still attached (if applicable)

Please include your order number and your reason for return. We'll then provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please note: returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We accept refund requests within 30 days of receiving your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund on their end.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we're happy to arrange an exchange at no extra cost to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used items
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Gift cards

Shipping Information

  • Estimated delivery time: 6–14 business days
  • We currently ship to the United Kingdom only
  • We do not charge customs or import duties
